This notice explains the information collected by the CoreCloud public website and how to ask about it.
Who handles your enquiry
CoreCloud Marketplace (Pty) Ltd operates this website. Questions about a website enquiry or your information can be sent to mark@corecloudza.com.
Information you choose to send
Enquiry forms request your name, company, contact details, selected interest and any message you provide. Assessment follow-up forms also send your selected answers, evidence coverage, result and recommended actions. Your questionnaire is calculated in the browser. It is not sent to CoreCloud unless you submit the follow-up form.
Purpose and recipients
The information is used to respond to the request and discuss the relevant assessment, advisory or partner engagement. Forms post to FormSubmit, an external submission service, for delivery to sales@corecloudza.com with a copy to mark@corecloudza.com. The service may present a verification step before completing the request. A separate, optional guide-form choice concerns related insights and briefings; it is not required to read a guide.
External services and locations
FormSubmit, its delivery providers and mail providers process submitted information under their own service arrangements. Do not assume that processing is confined to South Africa. Review FormSubmit's privacy notice (opens in a new tab) if you need more detail before sending information. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts; that provider receives the network information required to serve the font. External partner sites have their own notices.
Retention and your requests
The public website does not set or automate the retention period of the receiving mailboxes or external providers. Ask CoreCloud about retention before sending information if this affects your decision. You can contact mark@corecloudza.com to ask what information was received, request a correction, discuss deletion or withdraw a request for optional briefings. Any response remains subject to applicable record-keeping requirements and the records actually held.
Keep sensitive information out of these forms
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, confidential customer records or detailed security configurations. Request a confidential discussion and agree the appropriate information-sharing arrangements first.
Browser data and confirmation
The assessment engine does not persist your answers in localStorage or send them for analytics. Refreshing or closing a page can discard the answers. FormSubmit and hosting providers may maintain service or security records. This static confirmation page cannot independently prove mailbox delivery; contact CoreCloud if a request needs acknowledgement.
