When Hosting Wins
- Steady, business-critical loads: ERP, core databases, integration hubs with predictable usage.
- Residency & sovereignty: in-country storage, customer-managed keys, sector controls.
- Low-latency proximity: keep compute close to users, branches, or plants.
- Economics: avoid egress traps, legacy licenses, and over-provisioned cloud capacity.
- Operational certainty: clear SLAs, tested DR, and measured reliability.
What We Run
- Single-tenant private cloud (VMs/containers) with dedicated network segments.
- Core databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle*) with backup/restore drills and prove-you-can-recover logs.
- ERP and line-of-business apps with integration brokers and secure partner connectivity.
- Edge and branch workloads with centralised observability and config drift detection.
- VDI and specialised workloads with GPU options where needed.
*We optimise licensing footprints and placement — venue-neutral recommendations with TCO.
Architecture & Controls
- Network: segmented VLANs/VNETs, egress control, private interconnects, and WAF/CDN for public edges.
- Identity & access: SSO, least-privilege roles, break-glass, and auditable revocation.
- Data protection: encryption at rest/in transit, key custody options (HSM/KMS), retention by class.
- Backups & DR: local + offsite copies, immutable snapshots, quarterly restore and failover tests.
- Observability: logs, metrics, traces with SLOs and error budgets — not just “up/down”.
- Hybrid patterns: burst to AWS/Azure for peak or analytics; controlled data flows with showback.
Service Levels That Hold
*Stricter targets available where architecture supports it (synchronous replication, multi-AZ/DC design).
30-Day Move-In Plan
- Days 1–5: discovery & sizing, data map (PII/regulated), residency & keys plan.
- Days 6–12: network & identity setup, baseline security controls, monitoring hooks.
- Days 13–22: build environments, migrate first workloads with rollback plans, backup regime live.
- Days 23–30: DR drill, performance tune, runbook sign-off, and hand-over with dashboards.
If you need sovereign, low-latency, predictable run — we can help.
Request a Hosting AssessmentCost & Governance
- Transparent pricing: compute, storage, backup, and network line items — no surprises.
- Showback/chargeback: tags and meters mapped to apps/teams for accountability.
- Right-sizing cadence: monthly reviews, lifecycle policies, and commitment strategy.
- Compliance evidence: POPIA control coverage, key custody, and access revocation logs.

FAQ
Can we keep data in-country and still use hyperscalers?
Yes. Private cloud can be your primary with analytics or burst capacity in AWS/Azure. We design data-class rules so sensitive data stays local while aggregates can move.
Do you supply hardware or use our DC?
Both are possible. We can provide managed private cloud or operate in your chosen DC/colo with the same guardrails and SLOs.
What if we need to move later?
We favour open standards, portable data formats, and documented runbooks so moves between venues remain practical.
