Infrastructure — Private or Hybrid Cloud

On-Premise, Co-Locate, Hyperscale or Hybrid — not every workload belongs in a hyperscale platform.

We guide South African enterprises to run stable, regulated, and latency-critical systems on the most cost-effective platform — managed private cloud, co-location, or hybrid.

When cloud is right, we use it. When predictability wins, we host.

What Can We Run

*We optimise licensing footprints and placement — venue-neutral recommendations with 12/36-month TCO.

The Right Service Levels

Availability (core app tiers)99.9–99.99% options
RPO / RTO (tiered by workload)RPO ≤ 15m / RTO ≤ 60m*
Backup verificationDaily jobs + monthly test restores
DR & Cyber run-book drillsQuarterly failover tests
Security postureMonthly board-level report

*Stricter targets available where architecture supports it (synchronous replication, multi-AZ/DC design).

30-Day Move-In Plan

  1. Days 1–5: discovery & sizing, data map (PII/regulated), residency & keys plan.
  2. Days 6–12: network & identity setup, baseline security controls, monitoring hooks.
  3. Days 13–22: build environments, migrate first workloads with rollback; backup regime live.
  4. Days 23–30: DR drill, performance tune, run-book sign-off, and hand-over with dashboards.
Make it predictable.

If you need sovereignty, low-latency, and predictable TCO/ROI — we can help.

FAQ

Can we keep data in-country and still use hyperscalers?

Yes. Private cloud can be primary with analytics or burst capacity in AWS/Azure. We design data-class rules so sensitive data stays local while aggregates can move.

Do you supply hardware or use our DC?

Both are possible. We can provide managed private cloud or operate in your chosen DC/colo with the same guardrails and SLOs.

What if we need to move later?

We favour open standards, portable data formats, and documented runbooks so moves between venues remain practical.
