How it works

Phase 2 — Incubation
Operate on CoreCloud shared services; access frameworks, leads, partners; targets: 2–3 recurring clients, path to R5m+ ARR run-rate.
Phase 3 — Buy-Out & Graduation
Trigger when revenue & maturity KPIs met (≥ R10m turnover). Buy-out over 12–18 months via pre-agreed formula (e.g., 2×–3× EBITDA). QSE graduates and remains a Collective partner.
